**A little bit about us**
**The Data, Research, Strategy and Net Zero Division** provides products and services to support the organisation to deliver policy, programs, services and regulation for infrastructure, transport, communications, the arts, our regions, our cities and our territories.
**The Data, Systems and Information Management Branch** leads the delivery of the Department’s Data Strategy and policy activities, Data Hub programs, GIS capability, Cabinet Coordination, Records Management and Government Wide Initiatives.
**The Records Integrity Program and Management Section** supports improvement in the department’s recordkeeping practices, by delivering the department’s recordkeeping system, Records Workspace and associated supporting activities.
**The opportunity we have available**:
**What will you do?**:
- As part of a small team, you will work directly with the team leader to complete the day to day activities in relation to support of the EDRMS.
- You will log, troubleshoot and escalate system issues, deliver client-focused professional and accurate records management advice about the system, policies and legislation.
- You will also be required at times to document system functionality, create knowledge base articles and/or develop instructional documentation, and deliver system training.
**Who are we looking for?**
To be successful in the role you should:
- Have 3 years or more experience working in a call centre, customer service or similar delivery working environment.
- Able to confidently use and administer SharePoint which is the front end of the department’s EDRMS, including helpdesk support and training staff.
- Have experience in the use of IT Service Management software for creating incidents and service requests.
- Be a proficient user of Windows based computer systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Incident management experience - managing incidents including business expectations and communication.
- Have the ability to work in a team environment and independently as required.
Highly Desirable:
- Knowledge of records management legislation and best practice, including the ability to provide guidance on these matters;
- An understanding of ITIL best practices
- Experience in developing procedural documentation and delivering training
