**About the Role**:
AssetOn are actively looking for an experienced Area Manager to join the business to assist with the growth of the WA region. This is a hybrid role that offers flexibility to be work from home or be office based in the CBD. Flexibility to travel to regional WA and the East Coast are required.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, implement and manage a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base, ensuring a strong market presence.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts, whilst being mindful of new products and direct competition.
- Establish, build, and promote strong long-term customer relationships by partnering and understanding their needs.
- Achieve growth targets by successfully managing the region.
- Align new business opportunities AssetOn’s company values.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Demonstrated experience across trade, engineering, or relevant industry.
- Strong business acumen and industry expertise.
- Capacity to work autonomously and make sound judgements.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and sustain long term relationship with customers and employees.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Demonstrated experience expanding a business and consistently meeting/exceeding targets.
