**The Company**:
This Australian owned and operated retailer has been established for over 90 years with a strong bricks and mortar offer along with a large online presence. They are passionate about providing the Australian consumer with fun and fresh fashion options whilst delivering amazing customer service.

Our client is sourcing for a confident, passionate and energetic retail leader to manage a 15 store portfolio across Western Australia and South Australia. You will have a high success rate in developing people, leading team engagement, results focused, operational excellence and focused on delivering excellent customer service in the fast fashion moving retail sector.

**The Job Role**:

- Oversee a portfolio of 15 sites - WA & SA
- Encourage and inspire a high performance culture across both states
- Develop, coach and empower store managers
- Lead from the front with customer experience
- Embrace change and be solution focused on a daily basis
- Recruitment, training and succession planning
- Achieve profitability through execution of consistent store standards
- Outstanding store presentation and creative visual appeal
- Control expenses including rosters to exceed profit goals

**What you will need to Bring**:

- Area or Regional experience leading a portfolio of stores
- A genuine approach to building and developing your team
- Hands on, inspirational and collaborative leader
- Clear understanding on how to influence results
- Self motivated and energetic leader with a solution focused attitude
- Authentic customer service approach
- High attention to detail with store standards and processes
- Exceptional visual skills and creative ideas
- Honest and transparent communicator
- Full understanding of financials and achieving profit objectives
- Adaptable and approachable team player
