**The Role**

Norfolk Kids is currently looking for an energetic **Diploma Trained Educator **to become our new **Room Leader. ** You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our centre, supporting other educators within the team and maintaining positive relationships with our families. You will work alongside be supported by our experienced Director and ECT for the development and implementation of fun early learning programs.

**On offer is a permanent, Full Time Position working a 38-hour week rotating roster between our open hours of 7:30am to 6:00pm.**

**What We Need From You**:

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education
- A genuine passion and dedication for furthering the learning and development of children
- Current NSW Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)

**Salary**: $28.00 - $33.00 per hour
