The 2025 year sees the business expand its Remanufacturing workforce and we are seeking an experienced Administrator with Stores/Warehousing knowledge to join our National Distribution Centre in Para Hills West.

**About the Role**:
Reporting to the NDC Inventory Manager - you will be responsible for the Inventory accuracy and KPI’s, overseeing and coordinating Internal and external audits, managing Customers queries effectively and in a timely manner, whilst also being focussed and ensuring all tasks are completed accurately.

As a qualified and experienced Administrator, you will be tasked with ensuring all relative reports pertaining to the National Distribution Centre are completed to high standard and within the necessary time frame during this 9 month Fixed Term Contract.

Your main responsibilities will be, but not limited to the following:

- Participate in inventory variance investigations
- Prepare, analyse, enter data and process cycle counts
- Keep accurate record of stock take/cycle counting documentation
- Actively participate in resolving and responding to Distribution Incident Reports
- Update and review reports to ensure our records are accurate

**Essential Requirements**:

- Cert IV in relevant discipline OR
- At least 3 years relevant warehousing experience including Administrative tasks
- Current driver’s licence (C class minimum)
- And most importantlydemonstrate a commitment to workplace safety and the safety of your co-workers
