**Base Salary**: $65,000-$80,000 + Commission (OTE $100k+)

Evolved Floors is seeking a motivated, switched-on Sales Consultant to join our team as we expand across the Gold Coast, Brisbane, and Northern NSW. This is your chance to get in on the ground floor (pun intended) and build a rewarding career in a vibrant industry.

**About the Role**

You’ll start by working closely with our residential customers—responding to inbound enquiries, booking showroom visits, and organising site measures. Once you’ve got a handle on our products and customer needs, you’ll have the opportunity to step up into a commercial-focused role, helping us connect with trade clients, developers, architects, and interior designers.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Respond to inbound leads—no cold calling
- Book and host showroom appointments, guiding customers through flooring options
- Organise and attend site measures (you’ll need a driver’s licence)
- Deliver exceptional service and follow-up to turn enquiries into happy customers
- Learn the ins and outs of flooring products, installation, and interior solutions
- Grow into a business development role, building relationships with trade clients and industry professionals
- Contribute ideas as we expand to new locations—your input will help shape our future

**Who We’re Looking For**:

- Energetic, ambitious, and eager to learn—recent graduates or early-career professionals welcome
- Excellent communicator who enjoys helping people and building relationships
- Interest in interior design, architecture, or property (experience is a bonus, not a must)
- Full driver’s licence (essential)
- Self-starter who’s ready to grow with the business and take on more responsibility over time
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools (we use Servicem8, Lead Connector CRM, and more)
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is a plus, but not required
