With rapid national growth underway, we're looking for a high-performing sales professional to join our team and focus on selling Expander Homes and Timber Log Cabins.
The ideal candidate will have experience in selling Modular Buildings, Expander Homes, Timber Log Cabins, Kit Homes and a proven record of B2C sales success.

YOUR ROLE
As a Sales Consultant, your primary responsibility is to convert inbound leads into satisfied customers for our Expander Homes and Timber Log Cabins. Leads come from:
· Incoming phone calls
- Email enquiries
- Website and social media enquiries
- A database of thousands of previous leads
- Customers visiting our Display Village
Key responsibilities include:
- Call and follow up on every quote and enquiry: 25+ inbound and 30+ outbound calls daily - ensuring no opportunity is missed and all leads are converted into sales.
- Respond to 40+ email enquiries per week with professionalism and clarity
- Maintain accurate records and CRM data, with strong attention to detail
- Work autonomously with ownership and accountability for results
- Use technology effectively to streamline processes and customer engagement
- Deliver exceptional phone and written communication
- Be available full-time Monday to Friday, with occasional rostered Saturdays at the Display Village (with RDO during the week)
ABOUT YOU
- Proven success in B2C sales, ideally in modular buildings, Expander Homes, Timber Log Cabins or Kit Homes.
- Consultative sales style with strong closing skills
- Self-motivated, resilient, and driven to exceed targets
- Comfortable using CRMs and digital tools
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU
We reward results - your performance directly translates into earnings and career growth.
- Base Salary: $65,000 per year + Superannuation
- Commission: 1% on sales
- Realistic OTE: $120,000+ for consistent performers
- Superannuation: 11.5%
- Leave: 10 days sick/carers + 4 weeks annual leave
- Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm
- Rostered Saturday: Every 3rd Saturday, 8:30am-1:00pm, with RDO during the week
- Tools Provided: iPhone and laptop
- Work Environment: Friendly, family-based team with expert support
LOCATION
This is a full-time role based at our Molendinar office on the Gold Coast.
