**Be part of our journey**

**This position will see you involved in the following activities**:

- Compiling and managing climate projection datasets for new and existing projects around Australia and internationally
- Assembling and managing climate change risk registers using outcomes from the climate risk workshops
- Authoring climate change risk and adaptation plans that present climate projection data, climate risks and identified controls in a concise, visual and easy-to-understand format.

**What would you bring to the team?**
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science or similar
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, report writing skills, proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong quantitative analytical skills and experience in extracting and managing large datasets
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- A strong passion for sustainability
- Deep respect for safety, inclusion and diversity and the creation of workplace where every individual can thrive

**Desired skills and experience**
- Experience with climate change risk and resilience
- Experience in stakeholder engagement workshops
- Project management experience
- Experience in resources (specifically mine closure/ asset transition projects), defence, transport and/or water sectors.
- The ability to obtain an Australian Defence security clearance
