With over 75 Pilates, Yoga and wellness classes each week, we are a team of enthusiastic health and wellness professionals who are passionate about energising the lives of our members. Our success is founded on outstanding customer service as well as supporting our members to achieve their wellness goals.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Membership sales
- Outbound sales calls
- External lead generation and outreach
- Meeting / exceeding individual and business KPIs
- Maximise you sales opportunities through promotional campaigns, member referrals and following up on your self-generated leads
- Community outreach and lead generation activities
- Reception / front desk duties

**EXPERIENCE**
- 1+ years retail or fitness sales
- 1+ years reception / customer service

**ABOUT YOU**
- Passionate about health & wellness
- Outgoing & extroverted
- Self-motivated
- Able to operate under pressure and still get the job done
- Availability to work holidays and weekends required. Flexible working roster
