We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Support Worker to join our growing team in providing inactive sleepover support for our client in Geelong and Weekday support in Apollo Bay 20 hours per week.

As a Support Worker, you will work intimately with our clients, their families and stakeholders, get to know their personal needs and interests, and provide required assistance on their journey towards achieving their goals.

**Tasks Includes but not limited to**
- Community Access
- Improve daily life skills - Cooking, cleaning
- Assistance with Self-care
- FEMALE LGBTQ Inclusive
- Strong work ethics
- Experience dealing with mental health
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Professional or lived experience supporting someone with disability
- Disability support certificate at least level III
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current Driver’s license
- First Aid Certificate
- Valid Police Check
- Good communication skills
- Good listening skills
- The right to work in Australia

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $35.10 - $36.70 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week

**Benefits**:
