We are seeking a Peer Support Coordinator (RAFE) (volunteer) to provide coordination and support for our Retired and Former Employees Peer Support program. This is a volunteer position that is based remotely.

**About the role**
- Reporting to the Senior Manager, Peer and Pastoral Care the responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
- Coordinate the Retired & Former Employees (RAFE) Peer Support Program in consultation with the Senior Manager, Peer and Pastoral Care
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal & external stakeholders to promote and raise awareness of Peer Support programs
- Coach and mentor volunteer RAFE Peers in the types of support available and listening to the needs of our retired and former employees and their families

**About you**
- To be considered for this position you will possess:
- High level interpersonal, written communication and relationship building skills
- Demonstrated empathy for the experiences of retired and former employees and their families
- Planning and organising skills
- High level of integrity to support people with sensitive issues and
- Experience in the supervision of volunteers and an understanding and appreciation of the roles of peer support
