Experience in dental assisting necessary.

Dental assisting duties include:

- Preparing the patient for the dental examination, cleaning/sterilizing between patients
- Assisting the dentist during dental procedures, using the suction tube to keep the patient’s mouth dry
- Sterilizing dental instruments and equipment
- Must be well presented
- High level of communication and organisational skills
- Able to work in a team environment
- Ability to work independently and display initiative
- Patient focussed
- Willingness to learn with a positive attitude
- Friendly and caring nature

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $27.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Shift work
