**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate learning experiences
- Nurture individual children's interests, abilities, and learning styles
- Collaborate with the team to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Monitor and document children's progress and development
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers to provide updates on children's achievements and challenges
- Uphold the centre's policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure environment

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Early Childhood Education (ECT qualification)
- Current First Aid and CPR certifications
- Valid Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing high-quality care
