Who We’re Looking For?

- Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ECT) or Diploma

- Experience: Prior experience in early education settings

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- A vibrant, nurturing, and creative personality

- Tech-savvy or open to learning new platforms

- A genuine passion for early childhood and a deep respect for every child’s individual journey

Your Key Responsibilities:

- High-Quality Education & Care: Create and implement engaging curriculum plans, ensure a safe, inclusive space, and promote holistic development.

- Health & Safety: Maintain ratios, uphold hygiene and safety standards, and respond proactively to children’s needs.

- Family & Community Partnerships: Foster open, warm relationships with families and contribute to building our service’s culture from day one.
