Community Nursing

Seniors Community Care is seeking experienced and self-motivated Registered Nurse’s to join our Community Nursing team part time. Thursday, Friday and Saturday's and the posibility of Sunday's.

The shifts commence at 7.30 am from our Somerville office and include the provision of a company vehicle for the duration of work hours. 7.30 am to 4.30pm Thursday, Friday and 7.30 am to 1 pm (flexible).
- Interest in community nursing
- Sound generalist clinical nursing knowledge and wound management skills
- Clinical assessment skills
- Sound decision making skills
- Excellent organisational & documentation skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to plan, prioritize and demonstrate attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously in a community based setting
