**About the Role**

Seniors Community Care is seeking an effective, innovative manager to join our Home Care Packages (HCP) team, working to ensure that the goal of providing efficient professional service delivery of the highest standard and legislative requirements are met.

This position will be responsible for the day to day operational management of the organisations Home Care Packages and case management.

**Essential Criteria**
- Tertiary qualification in Nursing: Social Work: Allied Health or other related field
- Management and leadership experience with the HCP environment in a senior management capacity
- Comprehensive working knowledge and experience with HCP legislation and funding
- Current Police Record Check and Working with Children Check
- Fully Vaccinated against COVID-19 (Mandatory requirement)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

- Monday to Friday

- Case Management Leadership: 2 years (required)
