**Description**:
Are you passionate about assisting and caring for others to enhance their life experience and wellbeing?

Ballycara is seeking caring and motivated individuals to join the fantastic and inspirational group of aged care professionals that make up our emergency response team. This role offers a fulfilling range of benefits and challenges.

You will be attending to emergency calls and providing assistance working on a casual basis across Monday to Sunday, overnight and weekends required. Response to calls will be in a timely manner, ensuring all procedures are followed and vital information is provided to facilitate emergency situations. Successful applicants will be working both autonomously and at time with an experienced, passionate group of colleagues, delivering overnight care and services to our highly valued residents.

**Skills and Experiences**:
**To be successful, you will be required to have**:
Certificate III Health Service Assistance/Individual Support
Current First Aid and CPR
Excellent customer service and caring skills
Ability to communicate effectively
Strong relationship-building skills
A sound level of computer literacy
Flu Vaccination (seasonal)
COVID-19 Vaccination
Police Check - must be provided prior to commencement.

**Not mandatory, but desirable requirements include**:
Certificate IV in Community Care
Experience in the Aged Care industry
