**About the Position**:
We are seeking a motivated, organised and highly experienced individual with a passion for delivering high-quality executive support functions to support the MRAEL CEO and leadership team.

You will be the primary contact and provide executive and administrative support to the MRAEL CEO, as well as support to the Board of Directors of MRAEL and its controlled entities. You will also work proactively with the leadership team of the MRAEL group of businesses, supporting key operational requirements. You will also efficiently and effectively support the planning, delivery and successful completion of projects within MRAEL and its controlled entities.

No two days in this role are ever the same. You need to be proactive, able to think on your feet and have the ability to work productively with a diverse range of people.

To be successful in this role, you will have superior interpersonal, communication and senior stakeholder engagement skills as well as the ability to prioritise your own workload and work independently to meet deadlines.

**What you need to succeed**:
To thrive in this role, you will be someone who enjoys taking the initiative to provide excellent service and support across a broad range of activities each day.
- Demonstrated high level communication skills including the ability to produce complex communication pieces, including correspondence, meetings agendas and minutes, and submissions with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- High level interpersonal skills with the ability to provide confidential executive support and to communicate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders in a professional manner.
- Level of sensitivity when dealing with confidential matters.
- Demonstrated digital literacy skills including ability to effectively work with Microsoft suite of products as well as corporate systems and other information sources to extract and interpret data.
- An ability to identify and manage business critical matters or procedural issues, and be part of implementing the right solutions.
- Strong resilience, and the ability to negotiate and gain cooperation.
- A good ‘thinking mind’ - you need to be a source of trusted support for the CEO, capable of undertaking research and analysis, collating data and making well-thought suggestions on emergent trends.
- Confidence to exercise the right discretion and tact in dealing with the community, external bodies and internal organisational issues.
- Most of all, an ability to operate flexibly across a range of functions within the MRAEL business and to work as a member of a productive team.
- Experience as an EA, PA, or a suitable equivalent qualification
- Experience in education, training or employment focused organisations will be highly regarded
- Intuitive, forward-thinking and pre-emptive, is always a step ahead
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent attention to detail with a structured and organised approach
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Excellent stakeholder management and engagement skills
- Tech-savvy with experience using systems eg. MS Office Suite
