**About us**: Ashton Aesthetics is a busy private clinic located in Rockdale. We have built a strong reputation in the medical space, based on our caring attitude towards patients, our expertise and the use of advanced technology.

We are expanding our team and looking for a full-time Medical Receptionist to join our Rockdale clinic.
- Our opening hours are 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday
- Our employees work 8.30am - 5.30pm

**Your Qualifications & Experience**
- Previous experience working as a Manager in a Medical practice is essential.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Dedicated to providing care and attention to patients and staff
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the use of Best Practice, Medical Director highly regarded
- Experience with Timely is desirable but not essential
- Demonstrated experience working with Medicare rebating and billing through Tyro.

**Tasks & Responsibilities of the Role**
- Manage a small and dedicated team
- Work as a 'Hands on Manager' assisting with day-to-day operation of the Practice
- General administration tasks associated with managing the practice
- Opening and preparing the clinic prior to the arrival of the practitioners.
- Closing the clinic at the end of the day.
- Liaising with practitioners, healthcare providers and patients
- Manage deposits, billing and Medicare rebates.
- Providing support to the doctors throughout the day to ensure the clinic runs smoothly
- Oversee end-of-day reconciliation and daily reports
- Manage patient records with confidentiality and thoroughness
- Liaise with Business Manager to create high level results for the Practice
