MOTION MAINTENANCE PROPERTY SERVICES PTY LTD is a family owned and run Garden Maintenance and Structural Landscaping company working across Sydney’s Northern Beaches.

We are looking for another superstar to join our team. We are after someone who would like to commit long-term, and upskill to create a career for themselves.

Anybody completing or considering their Horticultural Certificate would be very welcome.

Another member of our teaM/Family would be given all equipment, paid travel time, uniform, PPE, etc. Pub lunches, coffees and beers are complimentary.

Applicants must have prior experience and hold a current driver’s license. This job is for someone that presents well and pays attention to detail. They should be skilled on the tools and have high standards of quality control. Responsibilities will include.
- Garden/Property Maintenance, including gardening, hand weeding, mowing, edging, hedging, weed treatment, fertilising, house washing and high-pressure cleaning.

On Occasion:

- Soft Landscaping, including turfing, mulching, and planting.
- Hard Landscaping, including brick and block, stone masonry, paving, drainage, concreting, retaining walls and timber decks.

$65-80k p.a. ($28-38/hr) plus superannuation and all relevant leave entitlements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual, Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: $28.00 - $38.00 per hour
