**The Role**
We are looking for an experienced **Garden Maintenance Team Leader** to join our team. This is a hands-on role, where you will lead and work alongside crew members to deliver exceptional garden care. From residential properties to larger sites, you will oversee day-to-day maintenance while ensuring a high standard of presentation and client satisfaction. You may also occasionally assist on structural landscaping projects, giving you exposure to a variety of work.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and supervise garden maintenance staff on-site
- Carry out a range of horticultural tasks, including pruning, hedging, weeding, mulching, planting, and turf care
- Operate and maintain garden machinery and equipment
- Ensure all work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to company standards
- Communicate effectively with management and clients
- Support landscaping teams on structural projects when required

**Skills & Experience**
- 3+ years’ experience in garden maintenance, horticulture, or landscaping
- Previous leadership or team leader experience highly regarded
- Strong plant knowledge and horticultural skills
- Competence with machinery, tools, and power equipment
- White Card essential; driver’s licence required
- Cert III in Horticulture or Landscape Construction preferred
