G.James Safety Glass (Victoria) is commissioning a brand new state of the art "Industry 4.0" automated glass processing facility on our current site in Campbellfield, Melbourne.

**The Role**:
Our
**Dispatch Manager** will be responsible for providing leadership, direction, development and growth to the Despatch team, and ensuring the on-time delivery of products to our valued customers. You will:

- Lead the team through strong and clear communication and DIFOT performance
- Proactively manage glass and transport safety requirements including CoR, BFM, loading, restraint and fleet maintenance
- Build and maintain respectful and effective working relationships with our customers and with internal sales and production teams
- Identify, implement, drive and motivate continuous improvement

**The Person**:
We are looking for a dynamic thinker who is committed to continuously improving and striving for excellence, with skills and experience in:

- Proven leadership experience of a despatch/logistics within manufactured product industry
- Exceptional communication skills with high levels of organisational, planning and attention to detail skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead by example and meet agreed KPIs
- Strong commitment to safety
