**About the role**

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Restructuring & Insolvency Associate (3-6 years PQE) working closely with Danielle Funston, a supportive and industry leading partner advising on high profile insolvency matters, secured recoveries, liquidations and a range of other general corporate transactions for insolvency practitioners, creditors and corporate clients. We work collaboratively with our client to build strong, sustainable relationships.

This role provides exposure to high quality and interesting work that is sure to keep you stimulated and challenged throughout your career.

**About you**

In order to be considered, to be successful and thrive in this role, you will:

- Have 3 years plus experience from a reputable mid/top tier or leading boutique firm and ideally have completed the Insolvency Education Program through ARITA.
- Be able to demonstrate strong drafting, legally robust solutions whilst showing attention to detail
- A client-focused approach, attuned to understanding and delivering on clients’ commercial business objectives
- A genuine passion for insolvency
