**The Role**

**Qualifications**:
**Your experience**
- We are seeking an enthusiastic Associate (1 - 3 years PQE) to join our Global Financial Markets practice in Sydney specialising in restructuring and insolvency. To be successful, you must have experience of transactional work in restructuring & insolvency and the desire to work on market-leading and complex transactions.
- To provide outstanding client service, we need to understand, anticipate and fulfil the unique needs and expectations of each client. To help deliver this core part of our business strategy, we want to recruit lawyers who are not only technically excellent but who are also Client Focused.
- The role requires seamless cross-border collaboration to provide clients with global insights and tailored local expertise
- Have an exceptional academic record and outstanding legal abilities, supported by a robust industry standing and superior transactional and leadership skills.
- thrive in dynamic, high-pressure environments and have experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
- A strong drive for business development, client management and engagement in commercial initiatives is essential.
- A commitment to personal growth and professional development is expected, alongside a passion for mentoring and guiding team members towards excellence
