**About the role**:
In this dynamic and people-focused role, you’ll:

- Help customers by answering questions, solving problems, and providing the right info at the right time.
- Use your knowledge of Unitywater policies and systems to confidently manage requests, issues, and feedback.
- Keep things running smoothly by ensuring customer interactions are logged and resolved efficiently.
- Be part of a close-knit and supportive team that values collaboration and care.
- Look for ways to make processes better and share ideas that improve customer service.
- Play your part in keeping everyone safe by following our WH&S practices and participating in safety initiatives.

These roles are based at our Mango Hill office.

**About you**:

- You've worked in customer service or a contact centre and know how to juggle priorities while staying calm, helpful and professional.
- You're tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and are quick to pick up new systems.
- You’ve got strong written and verbal communication skills and love connecting with people—whether it’s through words, a friendly tone, or a helpful attitude.
- You're a natural problem-solver who can think on their feet and untangle complex issues with ease.

- You’re open to feedback, love learning and are always looking to grow.
- You hold a valid C Class Driver’s Licence (essential), and while it’s not a must, a Certificate III in Customer Contact or Business Admin would be a great bonus.
