12d Civil Designer

GR Engineering Services Limited (GRES) specialises in providing high quality engineering design and construction services to the mining and mineral processing industries. Our services cover all aspects of a project life cycle from the initial evaluation and study phase through to design, constructions, commissioning and operational support.

We are currently seeking a 12D Civil Designer to join our growing office team based in our Ascot office. Working alongside a multi-disciplined engineering and design team, you will design and draft civil drawings for a variety of process plant designs.

**Key Responsibilities of the role**:

- Produce drawings (hard copy and electronic CAD files) in accordance with client specification, GRES Standards and industry best practices
- Be able to transmit clear and concise information through drawings to engineers
- Manage workload to ensure tasks are completed in an orderly manner, within times required for various projects
- Maintain high levels of accuracy and quality in the design documentation produced for activities under their control
- Experience in the preparation and review of design documents to schedule

**Skills/Qualifications**:

- Certificate or Diploma in Civil Design or Engineering or relevant trade background
- Experience with mineral process plants and process structural design
- AutoCAD, MicroStation or 12D software
