Site Contracts Superintendent

**The Opportunity**

We are currently seeking a Site Contracts Superintendent to join our growing office team based in Ascot (WA) Office.

The core functions of this role include the contract administration, both pre and post award, along with providing commercial support to the construction management team administering the civil package

**Your typical day will consist of (but not limited to)**
- HSE compliance, Client liaison, and to provide roster coverage for civil area superintendents or supervisors.
- To provide onsite assistance for the contract administration of the EPCM and SMPE&I contracts and other minor subcontracts as directed by the Project and Construction Managers.
- Ensure satisfactory performance in achieving the health and safety goals of the Project including the risk management process and assisting with incident investigations
- Coordinate and assist with provision of technical advice and responses to TQs on the Civil Contract.
- Coordinate all aspects of the contract administration process for the Civil Contract and maintain close liaison with the home office.
- Process and administer progress claims and monthly payment certificates for the Civil Contract.
- Process and administer contract variations for the Civil Contract.
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, GRES site personnel as required.

**What we are looking for**:

- Australian recognised Trade Qualification or qualification in civil engineering, contract administration or equivalent.
- Five (5) years plus, in a site supervision role.
- Comprehension of the EPCM and trades package Contracts.
- Knowledge of current construction and mining industry safety legislation and standards.
- Strong communication/interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Proven leadership skills.
- Full and Unrestricted Australian working rights
- This position is expected to be 50% office based and 50% site based on a FIFO roster so flexibility is essential.
