**The Opportunity**

The role of Production Associate is to perform all production activities in support of Culture Kings’ internal screen-printing operations including, but not limited to, receiving, picking, finishing and shipping of raw and finished screen printed garments. Additionally, the Production Associate will support the Machine Operators in various tasks such as loading and unloading presses, catching garments, and preparing and reclaiming screens.

We are looking for someone that would like a full-time or casual opportunity.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure work order accuracy through the production stages
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment via daily cleaning procedures
- Notify management of any maintenance or repairs required on equipment
- Perform quality inspections on raw and finished goods during production stages
- Conduct physical inventory counts
- Perform all tasks in an efficient and accurate manner to drive optimum production outputs
- Maintain a strong balance of speed and accuracy to ensure finished goods are dispatched via deadlines.
- Perform any ad-hoc tasks as required by Management
