The Creative Collective, a leading full-service marketing agency based on the Sunshine Coast in QLD, is looking for a highly skilled Digital Performance Marketer to join our high-performing team. You’ll work alongside experienced strategists, account managers, creatives, and developers to plan, execute, and optimise digital campaigns that make an impact for our diverse range of clients across Australia.

About the Role
As a Digital Performance Marketer, you’ll take the lead in managing SEO, Google Ads, and Social Media Ads campaigns from start to finish. You’ll be responsible for developing tailored strategies, setting up and optimising campaigns, analysing performance, and providing actionable insights.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you’ll also play a key part in adopting and implementing AI and automation workflows to improve efficiency and outcomes for both the business and our clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and optimise multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (SEO, Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more).
- Conduct in-depth audits, keyword research, and competitor analysis.
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations to improve results and ROI.
- Create, maintain, and report on dashboards tracking campaign KPIs.
- Champion AI adoption across the business, implementing automation tools and workflows.
- Collaborate with account managers and other internal teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
- Provide transparent, insightful monthly reports and confidently present results and strategies to clients.
- Keep across industry trends and identify opportunities for innovation.

Skills, Qualifications & Experience
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on SEO and paid advertising.
- Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, AHRefs, and Agency Analytics.
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to translate insights into clear recommendations.
- Experience managing campaigns across Google Ads and major social media ad platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple clients and deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, solutions-focused mindset.
- Experience with AI tools and marketing automation (advantageous).
