Permanent, full-time position
- $60,000-$70,000 salary + ongoing training

**About the Opportunity**

Reporting to the Projects Manager and Estimator you will provide administrative support to all projects ensuring they all run smoothly and efficiently.

We are looking for someone who is always willing to work as a team player and be flexible and adaptable to undertake the variety of administration tasks.

Your roles and responsibilities include:

- Managing all aspects of projects, including typing of tenders, maintaining tender register, typing quotes, variation and RFI's for current projects
- Procurement of stock/raising of purchase orders to suppliers
- Receipting creditors' invoices to SimPRO
- Updating drawings and documents throughout project to subcontractors, including following up of outstanding approvals and information
- Organising inductions for projects and updating employee records
- Obtaining and recording subcontractor insurances and details
- Understanding of OHS requirements for the company and job sites
- Providing safety documentation to workers on job sites
- Basic accounting tasks

**About You**

With demonstrated experience within a similar role, you will have a strong customer focus and be able to develop and maintain successful relationships with all stakeholders. You will also have excellent time management skills and the ability to work to competing project deadlines.

In addition to the above, to be successful in this role you will have:

- Organisational skills and the ability to prioritise
- Strong written and verbal communications skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
- Demonstrated experience with complete Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong work ethic

It would be highly regarded if you had:

- Basic accounts experience
- SimPRO experience (however training will be provided)
