**THE OPPORTUNITY**
Offering exceptional customer service to each client, building and maintaining relationships effectively
Performing all piercings services offered with precision & skill, owing to extensive experience, training and knowledge
Running the appointment space hygienically and to the highest standard
Ensuring compliance is always followed
Taking ownership of tools and equipment involved
Upholding exceptional suite standards at all times
Work closely with the Head Piercer & Service Manager to ensure that we are all working effectively towards business objectives
Offering quantitative collection feedback to our Head Piercer to improve and evolve our selection offered
Acting as a brand ambassador at all times

**OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE IS**
Skilled and talented at body piercing with 2+ years of experience
Warm and great with people
Possesses a strong customer service mind-set
Has a natural ability to build & maintain relationships with proven experience
Is confident, enthusiastic and positive
Is mature and assertive
Is highly organised, detail-oriented and can give strong examples of when they’ve demonstrated this
Has a genuine interest & passion for luxury product/jewellery/art
