Mid-weight Graphic Designer – Sydney
We’re seeking a Mid-weight Graphic Designer to join our Sydney-based Brand Team. This role plays a pivotal part in delivering SARAH & SEBASTIAN’s multi‑channel visual identity; spanning brand, campaign, marketing, retail, and digital communications.
Working closely with the Senior Graphic Designer and Global Head of Brand, you’ll execute creative briefs that shape the visual narrative of our brand across every touchpoint. From digital assets and packaging to in‑store experiences and content, you’ll help ensure a cohesive, elevated, and unmistakably SARAH & SEBASTIAN look and feel.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Execute design briefs across brand, marketing, digital, and internal communications, ensuring creative output is consistent, timely, and on‑brand.
- Produce digital and print assets that reflect precision, detail, and design excellence.
- Contribute to and uphold the SARAH & SEBASTIAN design system, ensuring consistency across all platforms and materials.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, content, and digital teams to deliver holistic and impactful creative outcomes.
- Support on motion design and video editing, producing assets for product, campaign, and social content.
- Maintain strong project ownership – meeting deadlines, communicating progress, and managing multiple briefs simultaneously.
ABOUT YOU
- 2+ years’ experience in graphic design within a brand, agency, or retail environment.
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and confident across both digital and print design.
- Strong understanding of design systems, typography, layout, and brand identity.
- Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and experience designing for digital touchpoints.
- Motion or video editing skills are preferred (After Effects or Premiere).
- A high level of attention to detail, time management, and creative ownership.

SARAH & SEBASTIAN are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our team in one of our Sydney stores.
As a Store Manager at Sarah & Sebastian, you will play a pivotal role in leading and overseeing all aspects of the store, ensuring an exceptional luxury experience for our clients. You will be responsible for driving sales, managing a high‑performing team, and maintaining operational excellence.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Leadership and Team Management – lead, mentor, and develop the store team to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding client service.
- Client Experience – cultivate a culture of clienteling, ensuring that every client receives a personalised and memorable luxury experience.

Experience
- 1+ years experience in retail, hospitality or customer service.

- Must be available to work a minimum of 3 shifts per week, including at least one weekend day and one on the weekend.
- Comfortable working towards individual and team sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Flexibility to work at short notice.
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales‑focused role, ideally in luxury retail or selling high‑value product.
