We are now looking for a motivated embroidery machine operator to join our growing production team.

**About you**
- Because of your technically minded personality you have loved working with machines in your previous factory roles. You found it interesting learning how to use them and it felt fulfilling being able to operate a machine autonomously.
- It’s okay if you haven’t worked in a mattress factory before. As long as you are willing to learn, your positive attitude will take you far.
- With your next move you are looking to stay for the long term. It is important for you to find a company where you can grow your career in, that offers consistent hours with career stability.
- In your past role you have always found it important to be a reliable worker. You prioritised being on time and dependable.

**About the role**

Working closely with your tight knit team and production supervisor from 7:00am - 3:20pm Monday to Thursday and 6:00am - 12:00pm on Friday you will add significant value by:

- Setting up the embroidery machine and selecting the thread and fabric that will be used for each job
- Sewing logos, initials, and other patterns into the fabric
- Inspecting the quality of different aspects of the material throughout production.
- Working with your team to maintain a clean, tidy, and safe workplace.
- Following the production scheduale
