About the role

Co-ordinate quality checks and pre sale works to ensure handover staff can create an engaging and fun WOW experience for customers upon taking delivery of their RV.

We are looking for an RV Delivery Specialist to join our dealership in Northgate, Brisbane. Reporting to the Dealer Principal, your main responsibility will be to co-ordinate quality checks and pre sale works to ensure handover staff can create an engaging and fun WOW experience for customers upon taking delivery of their RV. This is the time when we roll out the red carpet and show our appreciation.

Main Duties and Responsibilities but not limited to
- Assist sales team by handing over new or used RVs
- Become product expert and learn how to effectively teach customers how to utilise their RV
- Complete all relevant documents
- Conduct pre delivery inspections to ensure a trouble free handover
- Co-ordinate all repairs identified from quality inspections
- Co-ordinate the fitment of aftermarket accessories, ensuring all options are fitted to the vehicle as per the contract
- Complete minor quality repairs
- Inspecting Ex rental vehicles to ensure the vehicle meets the required standard for sale and/or delivery
- Ensure the work order and asset management software is updated at all times

Your Skills and Experience
- A minimum of 2 years in a similar automotive delivery role.
- Valid open drivers licence and impeccable driving record.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication.
- Internal and external guest service.
- Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in excel, word, outlook etc.
- Exceptional time management skills and organisational skills
- High attention to detail

Practical work experience in a RV or Caravan dealership will be highly regarded.
