**Who we’re looking for**:
A collaborative and consultative project professional with a construction background. Our Facilities and Property team welcomes driven, reliable, independent, and resilient people who are able to work in a highly dynamic fast paced environment while managing tight timelines and competing projects.

**What you’ll be doing**:
Working alongside our Construction Project Manager and Design and our Workspace Manager you will deliver operational and capital work projects efficiently, on time and on budget. Projects include all office and airport facilities projects associated with refurbishment, space consolidation and relocation projects.

You will be required to work at a variety of facilities and ports, across the Virgin Australia network and travel interstate or overseas will be required.

Additionally you will also:

- Coordinate small/minor change requests and workspace changes
- Drive and deliver projects
- Develop project programs, staging plans, cost plans, document briefs (i.e. PPR, tender documentation)
- Review and evaluate tender submissions
- Undertake site inspections, audits and condition reports for existing and new site facilities
- Develop asset registers, furniture schedules and sourcing of furniture solutions meeting briefs, budget and forecasts
- Draft contracts and agreements
- Liaise and effectively communicate with all stakeholders which include building owners, airport authorities, consultants, service providers and any Virgin Australia teams
- Ensure delivery of projects within time and budget
- Identify potential problems/issues and develop solutions
- Provide project records and contract administration

**What you need to be successful**:

- Hold a tertiary qualification in Construction Project Management
- Proven experience managing small/minor works in the build environment
- A solid understanding of project management and delivery
- Demonstrated experience within construction, design, facility management, workplace and WHS compliance
- The ability to draft project documentation, business cases, scope and requirement briefs
- The ability to work effectively with complex stakeholders and solid both verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, MS project and SharePoint
