Our client is a reputable Facilities Management firm who are looking for an experienced individual with an
**engineering **background to work from one of their largest sites within the medical industry.

This role will require you to manage the facilities and maintenance of the site, utilising your engineering expertise, to analyse any technical issues on site, conduct risk assessments and identify suitable solutions to support the end customer.

**Responsibilities**
- Providing daily technical support to the operations team
- Ensure that client expectations are met in relation to the ongoing maintenance of assets
- Weekly & quarterly reporting of asset management plans & progress
- Regular liaison with external contractors to ensure deadlines are met & work quality is professional & compliant

**Skills / Experience Required**
- Trade or industry experience in engineering is required
- A university qualification in Engineering is essential
- Prior experience in facilities / asset management is highly desirable
- An understanding of the ISO55001 standards
- The ability to work in a fast pace, high pressure environment & be able to deliver quality support within set deadlines

**Additional Information**
- Based on site with some flexibility to work from home & choose your own hours
- $120,000 - $150,000 + super (depending on experience & qualifications)
