**About the role**

To support our success we are currently seeking a Member Advice Coordinator to join the Growth & Advice team in our Brisbane head office.
As the Member Advice Coordinator, you will ensure our existing customers receive a highly personalised service to support Australian Retirement Trust’s strategic objective to grow the Fund through quality advice interactions. You will provide exceptional proactive service via phone and digital channels, and assist with identifying appropriate referral opportunities within Australian Retirement Trust member groups. This entry level role will fully equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to ensure a successful career within Financial Planning.
**This role is available as a 13 week secondment.**
**About you**
If this is the right role for you, you will be a self-motivated, focused individual with a genuine passion for customer sales and service. We are looking for someone who welcomes change, has high resilience, excellent drive towards positive outcomes and will be a reliable member of the team. You will also be RG146 compliant to give General Advice in Superannuation and Insurance (as a minimum). Qualifications in Financial Services (Financial Planning) will be highly regarded.
