This is a newly opportunity for a full-time **Overnight Guest Experience Agent (Full-time)** to join our talented team at this incredibly exciting time for our Hotel.

**Your day to day**
As part of our Night team, no two nights are ever the same.

Not just a night owl, you are a warm and friendly face as the main point of contact for guests overnight.

This is a role with a high emphasis on face to face guest relations, assisting guests with enquiries on the phone as well as the usual aspects of the night audit function.

Whether you are auditing the daily transactions of the hotel; welcoming guests at check in & check out; accurately identifying & correcting discrepancies in your audit; maintaining the security of the Hotel; or fulfilling guest requests; you will well and truly be the heart of the Hotel for our overnight team.

This is a busy and varied role with connection to all departments across the Hotel. Your presentation, attention the detail and ability to liaise with guests will be the key to success in this role.

**What we need from you**
- Ability to work between the hours of 11:00pm to 7:30am across at least 4 nights per week
- Passion for delivering warm and welcoming customer service & memorable guest experiences
- Amazing communication skills both on the phone & in person - you are a people’s person and this shines through
- Excellent attention to detail & commitment to high standards - we are a Luxury hotel experience
- You must meet the legal requirements to live & work in Australia
- Valid Driver’s license is required
