As we embark on a crucial growth phase, we’re seeking a Head of Sales AU/NZ to drive our sales strategy, lead our sales team, and propel us toward new heights in customer acquisition, revenue generation, existing customer account management and market leadership.

**The Role**:
As the Head of Sales AU/NZ, you will be at the helm of our sales operations, reporting directly to the business manager and founders and playing a key role in our strategic growth. You’ll be responsible for leading and mentoring our sales team, driving new business development, and ensuring that Amped Digital continues to grow its market share while maintaining strong relationships with our existing clients.

Your mission will be to create and execute a robust sales strategy that aligns with our ambitious growth goals, build and maintain pipelines that drive consistent revenue growth, and ensure that our sales operations run smoothly and efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Leadership**: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and increase profitability, aligned with Amped Digital's overall business objectives.
- **Team Management**: Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional and well detailed information, responses and insights.
- **Pipeline Development**: Build and manage robust pipelines to ensure consistent revenue growth, and identify new business opportunities and markets.
- **Operational Excellence**: Oversee the sales operations to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with company standards.
- **Performance Analysis**: Drive strategic planning, performance analysis, and operational improvements to optimise sales outcomes.
- 7+ years in a senior sales leadership role, within the technology, I.T, AV or preferably, the digital signage industry.
- Proven experience in driving sales growth and managing sales teams through change.
- Exceptional organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in strategic planning, negotiations, and value-based selling.
- Detail-oriented, energetic, and adaptable, with a deep passion for driving business success.
- Enjoys semi-frequent East Coast travel to meet clients and partners face to face.
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.

**Application Process**:
Pay: $140,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
