Project Governance Administrator

Public Sector People are working with a water utility company to recruit a temporary Project Governance Administrator to support in the management of workload for the capital delivery team.
The location for this position can be across three of the major sites Maffra, Mitcham or Werribee.
**Responsibilities will include but not limited to**:
- Support in the management of workload for key representatives in the capital delivery team, including the Manager Program Governance and Manager Capital Delivery, and seek to expedite project governance and approval activities.
- Regularly monitor and report on work and activity progress against individual and team corporate performance indicators and project targets.
- Develop and maintain processes for compliance to policy and frameworks for effective Project Management.
- Development and maintain templates and guidance material to support project management processes.
- A formal project management qualification/certificate is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of core project management elements including project delivery plans, risk management, project scheduling and project budget and forecasting.
- Quality written report and presentation skills, particularly the ability to explain issues to suit varied audiences.
- Excellent inter-personal skills with the ability to liaise with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, organised and with excellent teamwork skills.
