This is a new position, developed to help develop and implement a range of economic and community-focused programs initiated by the Board.

We are seeking a passionate and outcomes-driven Manager; someone with prior experience and skills to provide direction, leadership, and management to realise the corporation’s vision, uphold its values and achieve its strategic goals.

Reporting to Point Pearce Aboriginal Community (PPAC) Board you will manage a small team of a few part time staff and be responsible for the strategic management of the PPAC community and developing new and existing business opportunities. You will also manage the day-to-day operations of the corporation while working to develop and implement a range of long-term goals.
- report openly, regularly and on request to the Board, so directors can make sound decisions and meet their governance obligations.
- manage the corporation’s administration and legal compliance in accordance with its constitution and various plans (establishment, operational, strategic and annual), as well as at the direction of the Board.
- develop and implement service plans and other programs as agreed by the directors.
- consolidate all existing operations of PPAC to deliver efficient, effective and grant compliant services, programs and projects.
- build a strong business development focus to develop existing and new business opportunities either through enterprise or grant funding.

24 Months contract, with the possibility of extension
