**Product Load Executive** - Adventure World - (Part-time)

As a Product Load Executive at Adventure World, you'll play a critical role in making our unique itineraries accessible, ensuring they align with our core values of sustainability, responsible travel, wildlife, and authentic cultural experiences.

**About the Role**:

- Load product into relevant systems, ensuring product availability for reservations.
- Manage product load contracts and addendums, ensuring deadlines are met for brochure production and campaign timelines.
- Maintain the Calypso database, including updating supplier information, product notes, and images.
- Liaise with suppliers for contracting matters and ensure data accuracy and compliance with company guidelines.
- Provide timely and efficient service for product requests from reservations.

**Key Deliverables**:

- Effective management of product load contracts and addendums.
- Maintenance of the Calypso database with updated supplier and product information.
- Accurate and timely data loading in compliance with company standards.
- Efficient queue management and response to loading requests.
- Collaboration with suppliers and team members to ensure seamless operations.

**About You**:

- Your meticulous attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to build relationships will drive your success. Additionally, you'll:

- Possess a tertiary travel industry qualification (desirable).
- Demonstrate experience in the retail and/or wholesale travel industry.
- Exhibit high levels of customer service and the ability to liaise effectively with suppliers.
- Have in-depth destination/product knowledge of desired regions.
- Be proficient in the Calypso Travel System and understand product design.
- Possess strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
