Make a Real Difference Every Day - Join Our Team as a Disability Support Worker

**Location**: Brookvale, NSW
**Employment Type**: Casual
**Award**: SCHADS Level 3
**Days**: Monday to Saturday
**Potential Hours**: 7:30am to 8pm
**Shifts**: Ranging from 2-6 hours

**This is a permanent part-time role designed to provide consistency and stability for our clients. As such, a strong commitment to your scheduled shifts is essential to ensure the highest quality of care and support.**

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Supporting participants using **individualised care plans** tailored to their goals and strengths.
- Providing **personal care** with compassion, dignity, and respect.
- Encouraging **community participation** and meaningful social connections.
- Assisting with **daily living skills** like cooking, cleaning, and meal prep.
- Administering and managing **medications** as required.
- Building strong, positive relationships with participants, families, and your team.

**What You’ll Need**:

- Experience in **person-centred support** within a disability setting.
- Relevant qualifications (desirable).
- A valid **NSW Driver’s Licence** and access to an insured vehicle.
- **Working with Children Check**, **NDIS Worker Check**, and **NDIS Orientation Module**.
- Current **First Aid and CPR** certification.
