We are seeking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented **Cluster** **Marketing Coordinator **to join our team in PARKROYAL Darling Harbour and Parramatta. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a strong understanding of digital marketing channels.

- Support in the coordination and implementation of hotel marketing campaigns
- Manage and optimize social media profiles, in line with the Hotels brand personality, by creating content calendars, scheduling posts, and engaging with the online community
- Produce and coordinate content for digital communication channels, website, ecommerce and EDM
- Monitor, maintain and update content on our hotel websites using our CMS Adobe Experience Manager and WordPress
- Assist with all eDM campaigns

**Ideally you will have**:

- A minimum of 1 years Digital Marketing experience
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills
- Marketing, communications, digital and/or PR experience in tourism would be preferred
- A Bachelor's degree, or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- A genuine passion for tourism and hospitality
- Experience with social media scheduling tools and CMS platforms (WordPress)
- Exposure to developing digital marketing campaigns utilising paid search, SEO, Google analytics, and PPC
