**About us**:
C&IB Operations supports the Corporate & Institutional business (Corporate Finance) in the operational and cashflow management, with efficient oversight and execution of bespoke transactions on Bilateral and Syndicated Deals. Such transactions are originated within Corporate & Institutional Banking and Corporate Finance.

Reporting to the team Lead, the team have a need for an Associate to provide efficient and accurate transaction documentation, to provide Stakeholders, colleagues, and customers with a cost effective and efficient best practice service delivery.

**In this role, you will be responsible for**:

- The facilitation of loan drawings, repayments, interest rate resets and fee payments via core system (Loan IQ) and/or manual process
- Accurately record fee income and process payments to customers
- Reconcile account and bank statements as required
- Completion of New and Terminated facility transactions
- Working closely with the front line bankers to provide a seamless service to customers
- Maintaining deal parameters such as pricing within Core system (Loan IQ) and/or manual process
- Ensuring electronic records management relating to payments is completed accurately and on a daily basis
- Review documentation in a timely manner and provide comments in relation to the operational aspects of the transaction
- Attend and contribute to pre-close meetings with both internal and external parties as required
- Contribute towards ongoing process improvement.
