Your role as a Delivery & Store Person

As Delivery & Store Person, you will be responsible for the picking-up and transportation of stock to Medical Centres and Collection Centres. You will be ensuring a safe and efficient process as you manage 30+ stops per day, playing a crucial part in providing quality health services to the people in our communities.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Preparation and delivery of reports and stock control in main laborator
• Compliance and adherence with Policies and Procedures, Work Health and Safety Procedures and Quality Assurance processes
• Picking and packing of stock orders in a timely manner
• Assist to maintain stores area by ensuring adequate supplies are available
• Assist in regular stocktaking program and maintaining clean and efficient work areas

About you

• Valid open Australian driver's license with an excellent driving record
• Valid forklift licence would be desirable
• Ability to work various shifts including rostered weekends and public holidays
• Excellent time management skills, juggling up to 30 stops per day
• Physical capability to be able to handle equipment weighing regularly up to 10kg -15kg
• Previous courier experience is considered highly advantageous
• You must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident or a New Zealand citizen, or hold a valid visa with permission to work
