**About the Role**:
As the Learning Design Manager, you will oversee the development and maintenance of a market-leading portfolio of training products that positively impact student engagement and success. You’ll lead a high-performing team, delivering high-quality, compliant, and innovative learning materials within ambitious timeframes to support genU Training’s mission.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Team Leadership: Guide and inspire a team of designers, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence in learning material development.
- Quality Learning Design: Ensure training programs meet compliance standards (VET, ASQA) while delivering engaging, practical, and innovative outcomes.
- Project Management: Scope, plan, and deliver projects on time and within budget, leveraging robust project management practices.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including contractors, to align learning design with organisational goals and learner needs.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive the use of cutting-edge technologies and maintain quality assurance practices to refine and elevate training materials continuously.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, including the planning, design, development, and continuous improvement of learning resources.
- NDIS Screening Workers Check (or willingness to obtain)
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate of Completion (or willingness to obtain)

**Desirable Skills**:

- Experience in the community services sector.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.0).
- Hands-on expertise in video production, graphic design, and eLearning tools.
