**About the Role**

Recovre's OH&S Consultants working in our Victorian OHS Training and Consulting Team assist customers to facilitate cultural change in relation to Occupational, Health and Safety, and Risk Management. They deliver high quality training and consulting services and employ successful business development strategies to drive our business.

**About You**

You will need tertiary qualifications and vocational experience in OHS, as well as extensive knowledge of OHS legislation and knowledge of the Victorian workers compensation scheme. You have superior presentation and communication skills with a drive for results, a client focus and a professional but friendly demeanor. The ability to self-manage and work autonomously is key, along with exceptional organisational skills and the ability to foster and grow relationships with key customers.

**Essential**
- Solid, detailed understanding of the Victorian OHS Act 2004, in particular all sections relevant to the purpose of Health and Safety Representatives (HSRs) and their powers, protections and entitlements
- Hold Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or higher - TAE40116 or TAE40110 or TAA40104
- Minimum two years’ experience in OHS
- Have relevant experience in delivering training in an adult learning environment
