**Our Client**
Our client is a growing diversified and global ASX listed business that provides various services to the community. Their head office in Perth CBD is looking for a People & Culture Advisor to join their fun and collaborative culture on a 18 month fulltime contract with the potential to extend.

**Description**
Reporting to the Manager, People & Culture you will support a range of generalist HR functions within the business. Your other duties will include but are not limited to:

- Ensure HR practices are compliant with relevant legislative requirements and organisational values
- Support HR functions; recruitment, selection & on-boarding, performance appraisals, employee relations & policies, performance management, remuneration & reward, talent identification, HR analysis & reporting and HR administration
- Identify and execute improvement process and implement best practice projects
- Build collaborative partnerships with various stakeholders
- Liaise with Rem & Ben Specialist to benchmark salaries
- Conduct exit interviews
- Maintain employee personnel files
- Organise and run assessment centres
- Participate in annual performance appraisals and collating data
- Identify training and development needs across the business based on feedback
- Interpret Awards, Enterprise Agreement entitlements and T&C’s
- Review and update company policies
- Lead allocated HR projects and ensure effective implementation
- Understand and interpret remuneration methods in accordance with awards and agreements
- Support the development and implementation of rewards and benefits programs
- Other duties as directed by HR Manager.

**Profile**
As an ideal applicant, you will have:

- Previous experience in a HR Generalist capacity within a medium to large business
- Knowledge of generalist HR best practices
- Tertiary Qualification in Human Resources or similar
- Previous exposure to; ER & IR, Recruitment, Projects, Performance Management & Appraisals and Remuneration & Award Interpretation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High prioritisation skills and the ability to work within deadlines
- Well established computer skills - Microsoft Office.
