This is a BRAND-NEW opportunity for you to make your own Reporting to the CEO and being part of a fun and collaborative Executive Leadership Team, we are seeking a Marketing Manager who is results orientated, pragmatic in their approach and is confident in their ability to deliver results and drive the Club’s Marketing Strategy.

This will be your opportunity to develop and execute the Club’s marketing strategy to not only enhance our customer experience but to target new markets and grow our membership base. **If you like to be innovative, analytical but creative and have a role that it is a good mix of strategic and hands on, this position is for you.**

The main responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to
- Maintain and manage key brand marketing plans and yearly activity calendar.
- Concept and drive creative briefs for all marketing content in line with current releases and industry trends
- Developing and managing loyalty programs that maximize results from an extensive and growing club membership base.
- Develop, manage and maintain content strategy and social streams to drive brand engagement and increase following.
- Maintain a system of metrics to measure effectiveness, reach and conversion of those digital activities.
- Understanding and researching current and potential demographics and being able to capitalize on identified new opportunities
- Connecting with our community is what we do, so sharing that connection with our customers is a must.
- Analyzing data, conceptualising, and developing strategic marketing initiatives and promotions.
- Developing and editing our bimonthly digital members magazine and other print publications (so an eye for detail is a must)
- Strategic business partnering with key stakeholders
- Managing and delivering multiple projects whilst ensuring a seamless customer experience
- Oversee our Entertainment strategy for live performance and artists.
